EMScom Excellence-in-communications lecture will be held in Zurich on October 9 (Credit Suisse Forum St. Peter). W. Timothy Coombs, a crisis communication professor at the Nicholson School of Communication, University of Central Florida, will explain how important it is to cultivate relationships with stakeholders before a crisis occurs, so they can become a crisis assets. The students who entered the programme this year are 4 swimmers of the Tenero’s National Centre, 3 hockey players, 2 soccer players, 2 students active in equestrian sports, a golfer, a professional mountain biker, a field hockey player and a basketball player.
